The problem
Independent restaurant taking reservations by phone and email. Double-bookings, no overview of capacity, no email reminders. Off-the-shelf SaaS too generic and too expensive.
What I built
- 01Customer-facing reservation form with availability engine
- 02Owner dashboard: calendar view, capacity rules, blocked dates
- 03Employee dashboard: today's bookings, walk-ins, table assignment
- 04Transactional emails (Resend) with .ics calendar attachments
- 05Email-abuse mitigations and GDPR-compliant data handling
